摘要
针对水体重金属污染治理问题,通过单宁酸对明胶水凝胶进行改性,采用傅里叶红外变换光谱(FT-IR)、接触角测量仪对改性前后的材料进行了表征,探究了交联剂用量、水凝胶膜厚度、吸附剂用量、pH、吸附时间对改性水凝胶吸附去除水中镉离子[Cd(Ⅱ)]性能影响,并进行动力学方程拟合。结果表明,pH对水中镉离子去除率影响较大,在pH=6,0.07g厚度为0.06mm的条件下120min内达到吸附平衡,符合准一级动力学方程。
Aiming at the problem of water heavy metal pollution control,gelatin hydrogel is modified by tannic acid.FT-IR and Contact Angle Meter are used to characterize the charcoals before and after modification.The effects of crosslinking agent dosage,hydrogel film thickness,adsorbent dosage,pH and adsorption time for cadmium ion[Cd(Ⅱ)]from aqueous solution by the modi-fied gelatin hydrogel are investigated,and the adsorption behaviors are simulated by kinetic equation.The results show that the ad-sorption of modified gelatin hydrogel is greatly affected by pH.The adsorption balance can be achieved with pH=6,and 0.07 g gela-tin film with a thickness of 0.06 mm within 120 min,which conforms to the pseudo-first-order kinetic equation.
