铁路旅客列车晚点原因分析及优化对策

Analysis and Optimization Measures for Delay of Railway Passenger Trains

列车在运行中受到干扰时,实际运行线将会偏离图定运行线,从而导致晚点现象的发生。在铁路日常运营中,旅客列车晚点在给旅客出行带来不便的同时也增加了铁路运输组织及列车调整的难度。针对近年来旅客列车正点率现状,从现阶段列车基本图、人为因素、技术设备和运输组织、突发事件的应急处置、考核标准和办法等方面,分析造成旅客列车晚点的原因,提出优化基本图设置、提高人员素质、提升运输组织水平、加强技术设备维护和施工组织、提高和完善应急处置能力、优化考核方法和标准等旅客列车晚点优化策略,以优化铁路旅客出行体验,提升旅客列车服务质量。

When the train is disturbed during actual operation,its actual operation line will deviate from the planned operation line,resulting in delay.The phenomenon of passenger train delay generally exists in the daily operation of the railway,which not only brings inconvenience to passengers but also increases the difficulty of railway transportation organization and train adjustment.In view of the punctuality rate of passenger trains in recent years,this paper analyzed the main reasons for the delay of passenger trains in terms of the current train basic diagram,human factors,technical equipment,transportation organization,emergency disposal of emergencies,and assessment standards and methods.The paper also put forward some suggestions on optimizing the setting of basic diagrams,improving personnel quality,enhancing organization level,strengthening technical equipment maintenance and construction organization,perfecting emergency response capacity,and optimizing the assessment methods and standards,as well as other strategies to reduce passenger train delay.As a result,the passenger travel experience can be optimized,and the service quality of passenger trains can be improved.
