高职院校研学旅行导师培养评价体系构建研究——基于CIPP模型分析

摘要 研学旅行服务人才紧缺的行业背景下,新职业面向下的研学旅行导师培养是高职院校旅游专业人才队伍建设的应有之义。研学旅行市场的蓬勃发展需要高质量研学旅行导师的有效供给,因而研学旅行导师培养评价体系的构建是衡量研学旅行导师培养质量的必然要求。基于CIPP模型,从研学旅行导师培养背景评价、输入评价、过程评价到结果评价四个层面系统构建研学旅行导师培养评价体系,既关注了研学旅行导师培养的过程性与覆盖性,同时注重引导评价者采用发展性评价与结果性评价相结合,具有一定的现实应用价值。 Under the background of the shortage of study travel service talent,the training of Study Travel Tutors under the new career orientation is the necessary meaning of the construction of tourism professional talent team in higher vocational colleges.The vigorous development of study travel market needs the effective supply of high qualitystudy travel tutors,so the establishment of evaluation system of study travel tutors training is an inevitable requirement to measure the quality of study travel tutors training.Based on the CIPP model,an evaluation system for the training of study travel tutors is established from four levels:background evaluation,input evaluation,process evaluation and result evaluation.It not only focuses on the process and coverage of the training of study travel tutors,but also focuses on guiding the evaluators to adopt the combination of developmental evaluation and outcome evaluation,which has certain practical application value.
