摘要
通过试验研究了爆震波对涡轮盘腔内压力特性的影响。结果表明:爆震波对与引气A相通的AI腔内压力并无明显影响,但对与爆震室相通的AII腔内压力有显著影响,对与爆震室相通的B腔内压力的影响小于AII腔;这一结果亦表明要想获得较为稳定的腔内压力,盘腔结构最好采用双腔结构设计;为提高试验结果的准确性,在与爆震室相通的腔室内压力测点布置不少于2个;对于AI和B腔,空气系统计算结果与试验结果偏差较小,对于AII腔,空气系统计算结果与试验结果偏差较大。
The effect of detonation wave on the pressure characteristics of the turbine disk cavity was studied by experimental method.The results showed that,the detonation wave had no effect on the pressure in cavity AI connected to bleed A,but had a significant effect on the pressure in cavity AII connected to the detonation chamber.The effect of the detonation wave on the pressure in cavity B connected to the detonation chamber was less than that on the pressure in cavity AII.The results indicated that,to obtain a relatively stable cavity pressure,the double cavity design was the best disc cavity structure.In order to improve the accuracy of the experimental results,no less than 2 pressure measuring points were arranged in the chambers connected to the detonation chamber.For cavities AI and B,the air system calculation results showed a small deviation from the experimental results;for cavity AII,the air system calculation results showed a large deviation from the experimental results.
