共同富裕是社会主义的本质要求,是人民群众的共同期盼。检察机关服务保障共同富裕示范区建设是牢牢把握“四个全面”战略布局、充分发挥检察职能、围绕中心服务大局的生动实践和有效途径,更是义不容辞的政治责任、法治责任、检察责任。对此,应聚焦检察职能主责主业,充分发挥“四大检察”作用,切实找准服务保障共同富裕的结合点、切入点和着力点。遵循检察服务保障共同富裕的构成要素和评价标准,以对标对表相关政策文件的主要精神、目标任务、具体要求,以科学性、全面性、层次性、动态性为原则,可以构建包含4个1级指标、16个2级指标和50个3级指标的检察服务保障共同富裕示范区建设指标体系。

Common prosperity is the essential requirement of socialism and the common aspiration of the people.The procuratorial organs'service and guarantee for the construction of demonstration areas of common prosperity is a vivid practice and effective way to firmly stay committed to the“Four Prolonged Comprehensives Strategy”and service-oriented big picture,as well as giving full play to procuratorial functions.It is also an obligatory political,legal and procuratorial responsibility that we should bear.In this regard,we must work hard to focus on the main responsibility of procuratorial functions,give full play to the role of the four major prosecutions,and effectively grasp the joint and entry point,as well as the focus of pursuing common prosperity under the guarantee of service.Furthermore,we need to follow the constituent elements and evaluation criteria of common prosperity guaranteed by procuratorial service,staying committed to the main spirit,objectives,tasks and specific requirements of the relevant policy documents,along with the principles of soundness,comprehensiveness,gradation and dynamics.With this in mind,it is imperative for us to conduct the construction of the indicator system of demonstration zone for common prosperity guaranteed by procuratorial service,including 4 first-level indicators,16 second-level indicators and 50 third-level indicators.
