摘要
建立控制五皮口服液中主要成分的薄层色谱鉴别方法。方法:采用薄层色谱法对桑白皮、陈皮、姜皮进行定性鉴别,更好的进行质量控制。所拟定的TLC色谱条件,斑点分离效果佳,稳定性和重现性良好,专属性强,阴性无干扰,可用于产品的质量控制。结论:该方法定性明确可靠、操作简便、可供本品质量控制。
To establish a TLC method for the identification of the main components in Wupi oral liquid.Methods:Mulberry white peel,tangerine peel,ginger peel were qualitatively identified by TLC for better quality control.The proposed TLC chromatographic conditions have good spot separation effect,good stability and reproducibility,strong specificity,negative and no interference,and can be used for product quality control.Conclusion:the method is qualitative,reliable,easy to operate and can be used for quality control of this product.
