摘要
石灰石是一种储量大、分布广泛的矿产资源和重要的建筑材料,它是生产水泥、混凝土粗细骨料、石灰等的主要原料。利用石灰石粉改善混凝土性能,可变废为宝,具有显著的经济效应,促进了绿色混凝土的发展,因此石灰石粉作为混凝土的掺合料越来越受到重视。本文采用多因素试验方法,研究石灰石粉的不同细度、掺量对水泥胶砂强度、混凝土强度的影响,结果表明:石粉的细度对混凝土强度影响不大,而掺量影响较大,当掺量大于20%时,混凝土强度下降较快。
Limestone is a widely distributed mineral resource with large reserves and an important building material.It is the main raw material for producing cement,concrete coarse and fine aggregates,lime,and other materials.Using limestone powder to improve the performance of concrete can turn waste into treasure,and have significant economic effects,promoting the development of green concrete.Therefore,limestone powder as an admixture for concrete is increasingly valued.This article adopts a multi factor experimental method to study the effects of different fineness and dosage of limestone powder on the strength of cement mortar and concrete.The results show that the fineness of limestone powder has little effect on the strength of concrete,while the dosage has a significant impact.When the dosage is greater than 20%,the strength of concrete decreases rapidly.
