氢气纯化和压缩技术研究进展

摘要 氢能的发展得益于氢能产业链中各项技术研究不断深入。氢气的纯化和压缩作为氢能产业链的中间一环,是连接氢能产业上下游的关键技术,影响了高纯高压氢气的获取及其未来应用。在梳理各种氢气纯化和压缩技术现状的基础上,对比了不同技术的优点和局限性,并对其适用场景进行了分析,应根据实际工况中的温度、压力、占地面积等选择利于生产过程的技术,最后对氢气纯化及压缩技术的发展前景进行了展望。 With the call for carbon reduction and the urgent need of energy transformation,hydrogen energy has gradually become the direction of energy strategy development in every country thanks to its clean and sustainable endowment.In fact,the development of hydrogen energy benefits from the in-depth research of various technologies in the hydrogen energy industrial chain.As an intermediate step in the hydrogen industry chain,hydrogen purification and compression are key technologies which connect the upstream and downstream of the hydrogen industry,affecting the acquisition and future application of high purity and high pressure hydrogen.Based on the analysis on the current condition of types of hydrogen purification and compression technologies,the paper compares the advantages and disadvantages of various technologies and analyzes the applicable scenarios.In different actual conditions such as temperature,pressure,cover area and so on,we can choose the appropriate technology which is conducive to the production process.Finally,the paper looks ahead to the prospects of the hydrogen purification and co mpression technologies.
