摘要
为明确光热系统在油田站场的应用效果,以长庆油田A站场为例,对国内外3种应用较为广泛的光热集热系统——槽式、菲涅耳式和复合碟式光热系统在油田站场的适用性进行了对比分析,优选光热复合碟设备作为A站场的光热设备类型。对光热复合碟设备应用于A站场的数量进行了详细计算,在此基础上,介绍了复合碟光热系统与A站场现有工艺流程的衔接,以及光热系统的整体平面布局,最后预测了A站场实施光热系统后的节能效果,预测结果表明:在站场中应用光热系统可提高加热效率、节约燃气,燃气替代率得到较大提高。
In order to clarify the application effect of the photo-thermal system in the oilfield station,three types of widely used photo-thermal collection equipment at home and abroad are compared(namely slot type,fresnel photothermal system and composite disc type equipment),and the photo-thermal composite disc equipment is selected as the type of photo-thermal equipment suitable for the oilfield station.The number of application of photo-thermal composite disk in A station is calculated in detail.On such basis,the paper introduces the connection between the composite disc photo-thermal system and the existing process flow of station A and the overall layout of the photo-thermal system.Finally,this paper predicts the energy conservation effect after using the photo-thermal system in A station.The result has it that the application of photo-thermal system in the station can improve the heating efficiency,save gas,and greatly increase the gas substitution rate.
