基层医疗机构新型冠状病毒感染抗病毒用药建议

Recommendations for antiviral drugs for novel coronavirus infection in basic medical institution

尽管世界卫生组织宣布,新型冠状病毒感染(简称“新冠”)疫情不再构成“国际关注的突发公共卫生事件”,我国已把新冠感染定义为“乙类乙管”传染病,但当前医疗机构包括基层医疗机构仍面临新冠感染的问题。为此,我们组织相关人员,参考药品说明书及相关文献,结合3年多救治新型冠状病毒患者的临床经验,编写此《基层医疗机构新型冠状病毒感染抗病毒用药建议》。本文介绍新冠再感染及新冠合并流感病毒重叠感染的临床特点、常用新冠感染抗病毒药合理用药要点,以及普通人群和特殊人群包括儿童、孕妇、肝功能损害、肾功能损害、免疫功能缺陷等新型冠状病毒感染患者的抗病毒用药建议,供基层临床一线医生参考。

The World Health Organization has declared that the novel coronavirus infection(COVID-19)no longer constitutes a‘public health emergency of international concern’and China has also defined the novel coronavirus infection as a‘Class B and B’infectious disease.However,medical institutions including basic medical institution are currently still facing the treatment problem of COVID-19 infection.We compile the Recommendations for Antiviral Drugs for Novel Coronavirus Infection in Basic Medical Institution by referring to drug instructions and related literature and combining the clinical experience of treating novel coronavirus patients for more than three years.This article introduces the clinical characteristics of novel coronavirus reinfection and the overlapping infection of novel coronavirus combined with influenza virus,and the rational use of antiviral drugs commonly used in novel coronavirus infection,as well as antiviral drug recommendations for general and special populations,including children,pregnant women,patients with liver function impairment,kidney function impairment,and immune deficiency,as reference for the doctors from basic medical institution.
