NF-κB含量与小鼠肝脏脂肪变性、血清ALT水平的关系研究

The relationship between NF-κB content and liver steatosis and serum ALT level in mice

目的:分析核转录因子-κB(NF-κB)与小鼠肝脏脂肪变性、血清谷丙转氨酶(ALT)水平的关系。方法:将20只小鼠随机分为非酒精性脂肪肝组(高脂饮食饲养)和对照组(正常饲养),各10例。分别在10周、14周时测定ALT水平和NF-κB含量,观察两组肝组织病理形态。结果:非酒精性脂肪肝组干预10、14周时肝组织内NF-κB含量、血清ALT水平、白介素(IL)-6、IL-1β水平均高于对照组(P<0.05)。NF-κB含量与血清ALT水平呈正相关性(P<0.05)。结论:NF-κB含量增高,可导致小鼠肝脏脂肪变性,且与血清ALT水平呈正相关性。

Objective:To analyze the relationship between nuclear transcription factor-κB(NF-κB)and liver steatosis and serum alanine aminotransferase(ALT)level in mice.Methods:Twenty mice were randomly divided into a non-alcoholic fatty liver group(fed on a high-fat diet)and a control group(fed on a normal diet),with 10 cases each.Serum ALT levels and NF-κB content were determined at 10 and 14 weeks,and pathological morphology of liver tissues was observed in the two groups.Results:The content of NF-κB in liver tissue,the serum ALT,interleukin-6,and IL-1βlevels determined at 10 and 14 weeks of intervention in the non-alcoholic fatty liver group were all higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was a positive correlation between NF-κB content and serum ALT level(P<0.05).Conclusion:The increase of NF-κB content can lead to steatosis in the liver of mice and has a positive correlation with serum ALT level.
