1例血小板减少合并急性冠脉综合征患者抗血小板治疗的分析

Analysis of antiplatelet therapy in a patient with thrombocytopenia and acute coronary syndrome

目的:探讨血小板减少合并急性冠脉综合征患者抗血小板药物的应用。方法:对1例血小板减少症患者发生急性冠脉综合征的诊治过程分析讨论,查阅相关文献,总结此类病例抗血小板治疗情况。结果与结论:合并血小板减少的患者发生急性冠脉综合征时进行抗血小板治疗安全性较好,在平衡出血和栓塞的风险以后,尽可能长期行抗血小板治疗。

Objective:To discuss the application of antiplatelet therapy in acute coronary syndrome patient with thrombocytopenia.Methods:The therapy for this patient was analyzed and discussed,and the antiplatelet therapy in such cases was summarized based on the related literatures.Results&Conclusion:Antiplatelet therapy is safer in patients with acute coronary syndromes complicated with thrombocytopenia and should be carried out for as long as possible after balancing the risk of bleeding and embolism.
