心脏毒性,是抗肿瘤药物严重的并发症。近年来,随诊抗肿瘤药物的发展,多药联合治疗可显著延长患者的生存期,但此方式加重心脏毒性。了解心脏毒性的发生机制,及时发现并进行预防,可减少心血管意外的发生。本文就抗肿瘤药物的心脏毒性预防及管理进行综述。

Cardiotoxicity is a serious complication of antineoplastic drugs.In recent years,with the development of antineoplastic drugs,multi-drug combination therapy can significantly prolong the survival period of patients.But it aggravates cardiotoxicity.Understanding the mechanism of cardiotoxicity,timely identification and prevention can reduce the occurrence of cardiovascular accidents.The present article reviews the prevention and management of cardiotoxicity of antineoplastic drugs.
