淋巴细胞与单核细胞比值(LMR)是一种新型的炎性标志物,参与心血管疾病的发生发展,对多种心血管疾病具有重要的预测价值。较低LMR水平与冠状动脉粥样硬化的病变程度、经皮冠状动脉介入术(PCI)术后的不良预后以及PCI术后的并发症等密切相关。本文就LMR在冠心病中的研究进展作一综述。

Lymphocyte to monocyte ratio(LMR)is a new type of inflammatory marker.LMR is involved in the occurrence and development of cardiovascular diseases and has important predictive value for a variety of cardiovascular diseases.Lower LMR level is closely associated with the severity of coronary atherosclerosis,poor prognosis after percutaneous coronary intervention and postoperative complications etc.The present article makes a review on research progress of LMR in coronary heart disease.
