摘要
随着生活方式的改变,肥胖成为高尿酸血症(HUA)的主要危险因素。肥胖引起人体内脏脂肪(VAT)的增加及胰岛素抵抗(IR),进一步导致HUA及心衰等疾病的发生发展。而血清尿酸水平作为心衰及其不良预后的预测指标,逐渐得到重视。本文就肥胖导致HUA的发病机制及HUA与心衰的关系作一综述,旨在为HUA合并心衰的治疗提供新思路。
As lifestyle changes,obesity has become a major risk factor for hyperuricemia(HUA).Obesity causes increase of visceral fat(VAT)and insulin resistance(IR),which further leads to occurrence and development of HUA,heart failure(HF)and other diseases.As a predictor of HF and its poor prognosis,serum uric acid level has received more and more attention.The present article makes a review on pathogenesis of obesity-caused HUA and relationship between HUA and HF,aiming at providing new thinking for treatment of HUA complicated HF.
