村域治理现代化的动能、引领与路径创新--以“枫桥经验”发源地枫源村为例

The Driving Force,Guidance,and Path Innovation of Modernized Village Governance:Taking Fengyuan Village,the Birthplace of“Fengqiao Experience”,as an Example

村域治理是乡村治理的起点和支点,在整个国家治理体系中居于源头性、根本性和基础性地位,是发展农业、稳定农村、富裕农民、振兴乡村的重要平台和载体。浙江省诸暨市枫源村秉持“枫桥经验”基本精神,围绕推进乡村全面振兴、打造共建共治共享乡村治理共同体目标,坚持党建引领、坚持统筹融合、坚持生态转换、坚持法治为纲、坚持自治固本,因地制宜走出一条村域治理现代化的新路子,对探索乡村振兴、推进乡村治理现代化具有借鉴意义。

A starting point and fulcrum of rural governance,village governance lies in the source,and the essential and fundamental position in the whole national governance system,hence an important platform and carrier for developing agriculture,stabilizing rural areas,making farmers rich and revitalizing rural areas.Adhering to the basic principle of“Fengqiao Experience”,Fengyuan village in Zhuji city,Zhejiang province has found a new path of modernized village governance by centering on the goal of promoting the overall revitalization of the countryside,building a community of common governance and sharing of the countryside,adhering to the guidance of party building,adhering to the integration of overall planning,adhering to the ecological transformation,adhering to the rule of law,adhering to the principle of autonomy,and taking measures according to local conditions.The way of success has some reference for exploring rural revitalization and promoting the modernization of rural governance.
