摘要
三电平及多电平变换器以其在高电压、高品质、高效率等方面的突出优势已成为近年来国内外研究与应用的热点之一,其中二极管箝位(NPC)型三电平结构以其结构简单、可靠性高等优点得到了最为广泛的研究和应用。本文针对应用于船舶综合电力系统的中压MW级三电平逆变器,对逆变器主电路参数设计、模块化设计、散热设计等工程性比较强的方面进行了论述,最后给出了原型机的试验结果,验证了该结构中压MW级三电平逆变器的性能。
Three-level and multi-level converters have been paid a close attention as one of the hot spots in domestic and foreign research and application area,with its outstanding advantages in high-voltage,excellent performance and nicer efficiency,among which the NPC(Neutral Point Clamped)type three-level scheme have been put into research and application widely,because of its simple structure and high reliability.This paper is based on the medium voltage MW-level three-level inverter in ship power system.Engineering problems such as inverter main-circuit parameter design,module design and heat dissipation design are discussed.Experimental results of a prototype are presented and prove its high-performance.
