摘要 本文针对舰船在隐身方面的需求,选取某型电力推进系统为设计研究对象。以低磁和低振动性能为研究目标,介绍了该系统中主要设备的材料选择,探究了轴承及冷却方式选取、动平衡、吸振器、整流方式、滤波电容和谐波补偿等方法的减振原理,通过仿真和试验验证了它们的效果。结果表明,所设计的电力推进系统具有良好的低磁低振动表现,有利于提升舰船的隐身性能。 This paper introducesa certain type of electric propulsion system as the design and research object for the stealth requirements of ships.With low-magnetism and low-vibration performance as the research objective,the selection of materials for the main equipments in this system is presented.The vibration damping principles of bearing and cooling method selection,dynamic balancing,vibration absorbers,rectification methods,filter capacitors and harmonic compensation are studied,and the effectiveness is verified through simulation and testing.The results show that the designed electric propulsion system has good low-magnetism and low-vibration performance,which is beneficial for the minesweeper to improve its stealth performance.
