摘要
新建杭州至温州铁路是国家中长期规划和浙江省中长期规划中的重点项目。其在杭州与国家高铁干线的衔接形成了华北、华东等地区与浙江东南沿海的高速铁路运输通道,优化了长三角地区的高速铁路网络,对提高铁路运输通道的运输质量,强化京津冀、长三角、杭州都市区等众多城市集群的联系具有重要的意义。针对引入既有富阳站和新建富阳西站两大系列方案,本文从拟选站址的地形条件、与地方规划适配程度、客流吸引能力以及工程投资等多方面进行综合比选,最终推荐富阳西鹿山区设站方案。
The new Hangzhou-Wenzhou railway is a key project in the national and Zhejiang provincial medium-and long-term plans.It connects with the national high-speed railway trunk line in Hangzhou and forms a high-speed railway transportation corridor between North China,East China and other regions and the southeast coast of Zhejiang.It optimizes the high-speed railway network in the Yangtze River Delta region and has important significance for improving the transportation quality of railway transportation channels and strengthening the connections among many urban clusters such as Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei,Yangtze River Delta,Hangzhou metropolitan area and so on.Aiming at two series of schemes of introducing existing Fuyang station and building new Fuyang West station,this paper comprehensively compares and selects them from multiple aspects such as terrain conditions of proposed station sites,adaptation degree with local planning,passenger flow attraction ability and engineering investment,etc.,and finally recommends Fuyang West Lushan District station scheme.
