摘要
为了研究CRTS III型板式无砟轨道在服役期间门型钢筋与自密实混凝土之间的粘结性能,按照CRTS III型板式无砟轨道的施工材料和工艺制作门型钢筋-自密实混凝土复合试件。分别对试件进行拉拔静力和拉拔疲劳试验研究。通过静力试验得到了门型钢筋-自密实混凝土粘结滑移曲线,通过对疲劳试验数据进行拟合得到了门型钢筋-自密实混凝土拉拔疲劳S-N曲线。试验结果表明:门型钢筋-自密实混凝土在静力拉拔试验下的极限特征强度为20.2MPa,极限特征滑移值为1.463mm。
In order to study the bonding performance between portal reinforcement and self compacting concrete during the service period of CRTS III slab ballastless track,composite specimens of portal reinforcement and self compacting concrete were fabricated according to the construction materials and processes of CRTS III slab ballastless track.The tensile static and fatigue tests were conducted on the specimens.The bond slip curve of portal reinforcement self compacting concrete was obtained through static test,and the fatigue pull-out S-N curve of portal reinforcement self compacting concrete was obtained through fitting the fatigue test data.The test results show that the ultimate characteristic strength of portal reinforced self compacting concrete under static pull out test is 20.2MPa,and the ultimate characteristic slip value is 1.463mm.
