流酒自动分级系统在景芝浓香型白酒酿造生产中的应用

Application of Automatic Distillate Grading System in the Production of Nongxiang Baijiu

从系统设备及功能简介、自动分级参数值建立和系统应用对比分析三个方面阐述了流酒自动分级系统在景芝浓香型白酒酿造生产中的应用。系统通过实时在线检测流酒酒精度并根据设定的参数值实现流酒自动分级操作。通过对比分析得出,流酒自动分级系统在降低工人劳动力提高生产效率的同时,消除了人工分级的依赖性和主观性,确保了分级质量的稳定性和准确性,提升了流酒分级精细化和标准化操作水平,一定程度上可替代人工分级,为浓香型白酒向现代化酿造生产转型发展提供参考。

In this paper,the application of the automatic distillate grading system in the production of Nongxiang Baijiu is expounded from three aspects:introduction of equipment and functions,establishment of automatic grading parameter values,and comparative analysis of system application.According to the parameter values,the system realizes automatic grading based on real-time detection of the alcohol content.Through comparative analysis,it can be concluded that the automatic grading system has reduced the labor in-tensity of workers and improved the production efficiency.It can also eliminate the subjectivity of manual grading,and ensure the sta-bility and accuracy of grading.It can replace manual grading operation to some extent.This study has provided reference for the trans-formation and modernization of Nongxiang Baijiu production.
