灵活教学对大学生主观幸福感的影响研究

摘要 探讨灵活教学对大学生主观幸福感的影响机制,对于促进高等教育高质量发展和办好学生满意型教育具有重要意义。以压力应对理论为基础,探讨灵活教学对大学生主观幸福感的影响机制。基于国内455名大学生的问卷调查数据,运用结构方程模型进行研究,结果表明,灵活教学可以提高大学生的感知快速适应能力和心理韧性;而感知快速适应能力和心理韧性对大学生主观幸福感均有正向影响;“交易”距离负向调节感知快速适应能力和心理韧性对大学生幸福感的影响。为此,高校应保证充足的教学灵活性,加强大学生快速适应能力和心理韧性的培养,确保课堂上师生间进行充分、频繁和个性化的互动,从而提升大学生主观幸福感。 It is of great significance to explore the influence mechanism of flexible teaching on college students′subjective well-being for promoting the high-quality development of college education and students′satisfaction education.Based on the stress coping theory,this paper discusses the influence mechanism of flexible teaching on college students′subjective well-being.Based on the survey data of 455 college students in China,the results show that flexible teaching can improve perceived quick adapt ability of college students.Both perceived quick adapt ability and psychological resilience have positive effects on college students′subjective well-being.Transaction distance negatively moderates the effects of perceived quick adapt ability and psychological resilience on the college students′subjective well-being.Therefore,colleges should ensure sufficient teaching flexibility,strengthen the cultivation of psychological resilience and perceived quick adapt ability of college students,reduce the transaction distance between teachers and college students in class,so as to improve the college students′subjective well-being.
