科技创新是引领企业高质量发展的强大动力。以能源装备制造型国有企业为研究对象,坚持市场导向、问题导向、结果导向,从充分认识科技创新的重要性、加大研发投入、提高科技奖励力度、提升项目管理水平、加强科技人才培养、实现关键技术突破等方面提出激发科技创新活力的经验做法,以期不断发挥其创新效能。

Scientific and technological innovation is a strong driving force for the high-quality development of enterprises.Taking state-owned enterprises in energy equipment manufacturing as research objects,adhering to a market-oriented,problem-oriented and result-oriented approach,this paper exchanges experience and practices to stimulate the vitality of scientific and technological innovation in six aspects,such as fully recognizing the importance of scientific and technological innovation,increasing R&D investment,increasing rewards for science and technology,improving project management level,strengthening the training of scientific and technological personnel,and realizing breakthroughs in key technologies,to continuously exert the efficiency of innovation.
