摘要
某公司使用45Cr9Si3材料采取热挤压工艺生产气门时出现了气门盘部裂口现象。本文通过OM及SEM+EDS等手段对缺陷样品进行分析,以及模拟材料在热挤压过程中的演变过程,分析出缺陷来源于原材料生产过程中的电渣工序,并提出了解决方案。
The cracking of the valve skirt occurred when 45Cr9Si3 material was used to produce value by hot extru-sion process in a company.In this paper,the defect samples were analyzed by OM and SEM+EDS,and the evolution pro-cess of the materials in the hot extrusion process was simulated.The result showed that the defects arose from the electro-slag process in the production of raw materials,and the solution was proposed.
