文章研究表明,高新技术企业已经成为创新驱动发展战略的重要推动力量,但是高新技术企业知识产权管理水平滞后,需要推动高新技术企业持续创新,大力推进专利创造和应用,强化园区知识产权综合服务,不断提升高新技术企业知识产权有效管理能力和水平,促进企业保持竞争优势地位。

This article indicates that high-tech enterprises have become an important driving force for innovation driven development strategies.However,the intellectual property management level of high-tech enterprises lags behind,and it is necessary to promote continuous innovation of high-tech enterprises,vigorously promote patent creation and application,strengthen comprehensive services of intellectual property in parks,continuously improve the effective management ability and level of intellectual property in high-tech enterprises,and promote enterprises to maintain competitive advantages.
