摘要
高校教师聘任制改革在实施过程中构筑的理性化管理范式以其逻辑链条运转深度作用于教师学术职业实践,衍生出教师“弱能动”甚至“无能动”的现实困境亟待破解。作为生态学原理导引形成的治理范式,生态化治理蕴含的价值理念与运行图式能够在理论上对理性化管理导致的教师本体性价值遮蔽及能动性缺失问题予以针对性矫治,从而为教师聘任制改革的迭代推进提供了新的范式选择。实现教师聘任制改革生态化治理,要求高校在聘任制改革持续深化过程中从理性筹划路径转向生态演化路径,从微观、中观、宏观等层面系统性着手,以学术自治营造有内生动力的自组织生态,以协同共治打造有包容力的公正制度生态,以组织善治构造有生命活力的和谐学术生态。
The rational management paradigm constructed by universities during the implementation of the teachers’appointment system reform deeply affects the academic professional practice of teachers in its logical chain operation,resulting in the urgent need to solve the practical dilemma of teachers being weakly active or even inactive.As a governance paradigm guided by ecological principles,the value concepts and operational patterns contained in ecological governance can theoretically correct the problem of teachers’intrinsic value obscuration and lack of initiative caused by rational management,providing new choices for the paradigm transformation of teacher s’appointment system reform.To achieve ecological governance in the implementation of the teacher appointment system,universities are required to shift from rational planning logic to ecological evolution logic in the process of deepening the appointment system reform,starting from the micro,meso and macro levels,creating a suitable self-organizing ecology through academic autonomy,creating a fair institutional ecology through co-governance,and constructing a harmonious academic ecology through good governance of organization.
