碟刹盘孔组位置度视觉测量及误差链分析 被引量:1

摘要 针对孔组位置度视觉测量过程多误差源影响测量效果的问题,以碟刹盘为研究对象,开展孔组位置度视觉测量及误差链分析研究。建立了基于“特征—行为”关联响应的孔组位置度视觉测量分析系统,提出了基于邻域搜索修正的位置度测量改进算法,设计了包含测量过程行为误差链分析及行为优化的位置度视觉测量流程,并以某型号碟刹盘为例进行位置度测量与误差分析实验。结果表明:对图像采集和图像处理过程实施多环节参数混合优化有利于降低多源误差带来的影响,运用“需求-应答”方式执行多阶段误差分析与分层优选,实现图像采集、图像处理、孔测量和位置度测量阶段的误差分离,有助于减少误差累积效应,提高测量的可靠性。 Aiming at the problem that the multi-source errors produced in the process of position measurement for holes are easy to affect the measurement accuracy,the vision measurement of position degree and error link analysis for holes were studied by taking the brake discs as the research object.The vision measurement and analysis system of position degree for holes based on“feature-behavior”correlation response was constructed,and the improved measurement algorithm based on neighborhood search correction was proposed.The position degree visual measurement process including error link analysis and behavior optimization was designed.Position measurement and error analysis were carried out with a certain type of disc brake disc as an example.Results show that the hybrid optimization of parameters for the process of image acquisition and image processing is beneficial for reducing the influence of multi-source errors.Using the“demand-response”method to perform multi-stage error analysis and hierarchical optimization can realize error separation among image acquisition,image processing,hole measurement and position measurement.It is benefit for reducing error accumulation,and improve the reliability of measurement.
