我国家庭教育政策的变迁及其动因探析

摘要 新中国成立以来,基于儿童的健康成长需要,家庭教育政策随着政治经济社会和教育事业的发展而呈现出改造家庭教育、要求家长尽责教育、提高家庭教育指导服务水平、建立家庭教育政策体系等四个阶段性的变化,体现出针对我国不同阶段教育发展中主要问题而展开的特征,反映出家庭教育政策中儿童权益保护的不断强化和儿童成长内涵的日臻完善。未来需进一步清晰责任主体,使家庭教育指导服务体系和家校社协同机制更加完善。 Based on the needs of children′s healthy growth,family education policies have undergone four stages of changes with the development of political,economic,society and educational cause since the founding of the People′s Republic of China,including reforming family education,requiring parents to fulfill their responsibilities in education,improving the level of family education guidance service and establishing the family education policy system.These changes reflect the focus on the main issues in the development of education in different stages of China,the continuous improvement of children′s rights and interests and the connotation of children′s growth in China′s family education policies.In the future,it is necessary to further clarify the mainbody of responsibility,so as to improve the family education guidance service system and the family-school-society collaborative mechanism.
