On the Key Measures and Fundamental Principles of Teaching Improvement

摘要 教学改进是提升教学质量,使教学朝理想状态发展的重要举措。从理念上跟进、责任上担当、系统上统筹和方法上科学的四个关键举措出发,以回答为何改进、谁来改进、改进什么与如何改进的关键问题。更进一步分析发现,以学习为中心、以共赢为旨归、以精确为举措是教学改进的三大根本原则。抓住教学改进的关键和根本,才能确保教学改进的方向性和实效性,促进教学创新机制的形成。 Teaching improvement is an important measure to improve teaching quality and make teaching develop towards an ideal state.To answer the key questions of why to improve,who to improve,what to improve and how to improve,the four key measures ought to be taken,including following up in concept,taking responsibility,coordinating systematically,and using methods scientifically.Further analysis finds that learning as the center,win-win as the goal,and precision as the measure are the three fundamental principles for teaching improvement.Only by grasping the key and fundamental aspects of teaching improvement,can we ensure its directionality and effectiveness,and promote the formation of teaching innovation mechanism.
