摘要
目的检验儿童期虐待问卷(Childhood Trauma Questionnaires,CTQ)中文版在不同性别大学生中的测量等值性。方法采用方便取样方法,对使用CTQ问卷中文版对1556名中国在校大学生进行调查,对不同性别大学生的CTQ得分进行差异性分析,并对不同性别组数据进行多组验证性因素分析。结果CTQ总分以及多个维度分(躯体虐待、性虐待、情感忽视、躯体忽视)上存在显著性别差异(t=7.95,5.37,3.66,8.00,8.39,Ps<0.05),男性大学生的CTQ总分(46.13±12.049)分以及躯体虐待(6.07±1.377)分、性虐待(6.00±1.407)分、情感忽视(16.64±6.76)分和躯体忽视(10.46±3.406)分均显著高于女性大学生的CTQ总分(41.09±12.711)分、躯体虐待(5.71±1.215)分、性虐待(5.75±1.263)分、情感忽视(13.76±7.263)分和躯体忽视(8.96±3.588)分;多组验证性因素分析结果表明CTQ中文版在男性和女性大学生样本间的形态等值、弱等值、强等值以及严格等值模型均成立。结论男性大学生的儿童期虐待经历高于女性大学生;CTQ中文版的五因子结构在不同性别大学生之间具有测量等值性。
Objective To test the measurement invariance of the Chinese version of Childhood Trauma Questionnaire(CTQ)in a large sample of Chinese college students across different gender.Methods Using convenient sampling method,the Chinese version of CTQ was used to explore the gender difference in childhood trauma experiences and the multi-group confirmatory analysis(CFA)was conducted to examine measurement invariance.Results There were significant gender difference in the total score of CTQ,and factor scores of physical abuse,sexual abuse,emotional neglect and physical neglect(t=7.95,5.37,3.66,8.00,8.39,Ps<0.05).The total score of CTQ(46.13±12.049),and factor scores of physical abuse(6.07±1.377),sexual abuse(6.00±1.407),emotiona l neglect(16.64±6.76)and physical neglect(10.46±3.406)of male students were significantly higher than the total score of CTQ(41.09±12.711),and factor scores of physical abuse(5.71±1.215),sexual abuse(5.75±1.263),emotional neglect(13.76±7.263)and physical neglect(8.96±3.588)of female students.The configural,metric,scalar and strict invariance of the CTQ across gender were all acceptable.Conclusion The childhood trauma experiences shows a significant gender difference,and the 5-factor model of the CTQ has acceptable measurement invariance across gender in Chinese college students.
