大学生坚毅品质与学业延迟满足的关系

The relationship between grit and academic delay of gratification in college students

目的了解大学生坚毅品质与学业延迟满足之间的关系。方法选取1127名在校大学生,采用坚毅量表和学业延迟满足量表进行集体施测。结果男生坚毅品质得分高于女生(t=4.16,P<0.05),学业延迟满足低于女生(t=-2.41,P<0.05),独生子女坚毅品质及学业延迟满足均低于非独生子女(t坚毅=-2.10,t学业延迟满足=-3.29,P<0.05);坚毅品质与学业延迟满足呈正相关系(r=0.30,P<0.05),坚毅品质对学业延迟满足具有显著正向预测作用。结论大学生坚毅品质与学业延迟满足具有相关性,坚毅品质能显著预测大学生学业延迟满足,可通过培养大学生的坚毅品质,从而提高大学生学业延迟满足的能力。

Objective To understand the relationship between grit and academic delay of gratification in college students.Methods 1127 college students were selected and tested by Grit Scale and Academic Delay of Gratification.Results The scores of grit of males was higher than that of females(t=4.16,P<0.05),and the scores of academic delay satisfaction of males was lower than that of females(t=-2.41,P<0.05).The scores of grit and academic delay of gratification of the only children were lower than that of non-only children(tgrit=-2.10,tacademic delay satisfaction=-3.29,Ps<0.05).There was a positive correlation between grit and academic delay satisfaction(r=0.30,P<0.05).Grit has a significant positive predictive effect on academic delay of gratification.Conclusion There was a correlation between grit and academic delay of gratification of college students.Grit can significantly predict academic delayed gratification of college students.It can improve the ability of delayed gratification of college students by cultivating grit.
