摘要
当代大学是一种实然的存在,无论你看或不看,他都在那里,自然或不自然地发生着变化,以各自以为合理的方式展开组织的运动并适时地向前演进生长。对此,以不同的观察角度切入教育现场,或取不同的分析视界描绘高等学府,自会得出大体相同或迥然相异的大学印象或形象。通过“视觉成像”“知觉成像”和“智觉成像”三个阶段来理性观照现实的教育改革和组织动态,那些感觉“看似如此”的大学,需要经过“应该如此”的分辨,最终才可能得出“原来如此”的可靠结论。以智生觉,可以明辨教育的本真,促使我们摆脱视力的局限、跳出认知的圈套,从而做出更有利于推动高等教育进步并获取成功的决策。为此,首先需要平心静气,洞察秋毫以明辨是非;然后需要宁心致远,鉴往知来以高瞻远瞩。
Contemporary universities are in real existence.Whether you observe or not,they are all there,naturally or unnaturally undergoing changes,carrying out organizational development in their reasonable ways,evolving and developing in a timely manner.In this regard,approaching the educational scenes from different perspectives,or depicting higher education institutions from different analytical perspectives,will lead to generally identical or vastly different university impressions or images.Through the three stages of"visual image","perceptual image"and"intellectual image",we rationally observe the reality of educational reforms and organizational dynamics,the universities that"seem to be so",need to undergo the careful discrimination that"ought to be so",before finally reaching a reliable conclusion that"turn out to be so".By using intelligence to generate awareness,we can discern the true nature of education,help us break free from visual limitations,jump off cognitive traps,and make the decisions that are greatly conducive to promoting the development and achievements of higher education.To achieve this,the first step is to remain calm and insightful,to distinguish right from wrong;then we need to strive for a peaceful mind and be far-sighted,look backing to the past while seeking great foresight.
