摘要
3~6岁是个体创造力的萌芽期,也是培养创造力的关键期。在这个阶段,幼儿园教师是支持幼儿创造力持续发展的重要主体,教师所持有的创造力培养观及其相应的创造性教学行为都会对儿童的创造力产生重要影响。通过对203名教师进行调查研究后发现,幼儿园教师的创造力培养观与其创造性教学行为之间存在着显著的相关关系,可依据教师的创造力培养观预测其创造性教学行为。其中,创造性教学方法观对教师引导幼儿发现知识的创造性教学行为影响最为显著。为营造有利于幼儿创造力发展的教育环境,提出应支持教师转换身份立场、赋予教师课程自主权、提供创造性教学方法培训等发展建议。
Children's creativity grows rapidly during the ages of 3 to 6,it is a critical period for cultivating their creativity.The preschool teachers play an important role in supporting children’s creativity development.The study focuses on teachers’opinions about cultivating creativity and their behaviors to teaching creatively.By investigating on 203 preschool teachers,the study tries to explore the relationship between the two variables.Results showed that teachers’opinion on cultivating creativity could predict their creative teaching behavior,and the view of creative teaching method has the most significant influence on the creative teaching behavior of guiding children to discover knowledge.By interviewing teachers,the study also found out that the factors influencing the transformation from concept to behavior included personal emotion,self-efficacy and kindergarten support.Therefore,the study suggests to support teachers to change their role,to entrust teachers with the right of curriculum autonomy,to provide training on creative teaching methods.
