摘要
随着用户生活水平的提高,集成灶高效率和空间利用率已经成为人们关注的重点。各大厂商对其投入了大量的研发工作,但鲜有关于集成灶风道与风机系统耦合性能分析的相关研究。以某一集成灶为研究对象,从流体动力学原理出发,借助CFD数值模拟手段分析原型集成灶风道内部流动损失,优化风道结构,根据流动损失原理和过流部件匹配性设计出与优化风道匹配性较高的优化风机系统。实验结果表明,优化后集成灶整机性能风量提升1.5m^(3)/min,噪声降低3.3dB。
With the improvement of users'living standard,the efficiency and space utilization of integrated stoves have become the focus of attention.Major manufacturers have invested a lot of research and development work on it,but there are few studies on the coupling performance analysis of integrated stove duct and fan system.Taking an integrated stove as the research object,the flow loss in the duct of the prototype integrated stove was analyzed by CFD numerical simulation from the principle of fluid dynamics,and the structure of the duct was optimized.According to the flow loss principle and the matching of the flow parts,an optimized fan system with high matching with the optimized duct was designed.The experimental results show that after optimization,the performance of the integrated stove is increased by 1.5m^(3)/min and the noise is reduced by 3.3dB.
