影响副产性质界定因素探讨与典型副产案例研究

Discussion on Factors Affecting Definition of By-product and Analysis of Typical By-product Cases

从物质中识别出固体废物是固体废物管理与危险废物鉴别的重要环节。基于部分副产性质鉴别困难的现状,结合固体废物风险管控原则,探讨了决定与影响副产性质的因素。其中,副产产生过程、有无除杂提纯工序、用途去向、市场波动等对副产性质产生不同程度的影响,故在界定副产性质时应综合判断,避免简单地一刀切。研究结果很好地应用于硫酸法生产钛白粉行业中产生的典型副产硫酸亚铁性质的判断,有助于完善固体废物鉴别制度与固体废物管理。

Identifying solid waste from substances is an important link in solid waste management and hazardous waste identification.To solve difficulties in identifying the nature of some by-products,this paper discussed the factors to determine and affect the nature of by-productscombined with the principle of solid waste risk management and control.The generation process of by-products,whether there is a impurity removal and purification process,the purpose and destination,and market fluctuations have different degrees of impact on the nature of by-products.Therefore,when defining the nature of by-products,a comprehensive judgment should be made to avoid simply cutting across the board.The research results can be well applied to judge the properties of typical by-product ferrous sulfateproduced in the sulfuric acid process for producing titanium dioxide industry,and help to improve the solid waste identification system and solid waste management.
