摘要
入海河流总氮污染已经成为近岸海域水质恶化的主要原因之一。为改善台州湾近岸海域水质,文章以临海市灵江为例,基于总氮污染负荷核算结果,针对贡献最大的3种污染源,提出了污水处理厂提标改造、农田退水零直排区建设、植被缓冲带建设等3项措施,设置了15个措施情景。研究结果发现:污水处理厂提标改造措施总氮削减率和成本效益值最高,分别为17.5%和113.2 t/亿元。通过分析各项措施情景下污染物削减效果、成本效益情况,以期为灵江及浙江省其它入海河流总氮污染的控制提供技术支撑和决策参考。
The total nitrogen pollution of seagoing rivers has become one of main causes of water quality deterioration in offshore area.In order to improve the environmental quality of offshore area of Taizhou bay,this paper takes Lingjiang river basin in Linhai as study area.Based on the evaluated pollutionload of TN source,three targeted measures were put forward,including upgrading of sewage treatment plant,zero discharge area of farmland drainage water,and riparian buffer system.A total of 15 measure scenarios were applied to analyze the removal efficiency and cost-effectiveness value of control measure.The results showed that the total nitrogen reduction rate and cost-benefit value of the sewage treatment plant upgrading measures were the highest,with the maximum values of 17.5%and 113.2 T/billion yuan,respectively.Based on the above analysis,the results provide technical support and decision-making reference for the control of total nitrogen pollution in Lingjiang River and other seagoing rivers in Zhejiang Province.
