豫南地区中小规模肉牛场霉菌毒素污染状况调查

Investigation of mycotoxin contamination in middle and small scale beef farms in southern Henan province

摘要 研究以豫南地区中小规模肉牛场为调查对象,通过快速荧光技术测定40份粗饲料及饲料原料中的玉米赤霉烯酮(ZEN)、呕吐霉素(DON)、黄曲霉毒素(AF)含量,以分析肉牛场霉菌毒素污染情况。结果显示:玉米赤霉烯酮平均含量98.72μg/kg,超标率37.50%;呕吐毒素平均含量660.34μg/kg,超标率2.50%;黄曲霉毒素B_(1)平均含量10.08μg/kg,超标率7.50%。其中,信阳地区样品中黄曲霉毒素B_(1)的污染最为严重,南阳地区样品中呕吐霉素的污染最为严重,驻马店地区样品中玉米赤霉烯酮的污染最为严重。检测结果表明,豫南地区中小规模肉牛场的粗饲料及饲料原料中的霉菌毒素污染问题突出,建议在肉牛生产环节中做好防止霉菌毒素污染和脱霉工作。 In order to find out the mycotoxin contamination of cattle farms in southern Henan,rapid fluorescence technique is used to detect zearalenone(ZEN),vomitoxin(DON),and aflatoxin(AF)in 40 roughages and feed materials.The results showed that the average content of aflatoxin B_(1) was 10.08μg/kg,and the exceeding rate was 7.50%;the average content of zearalenone was 98.72μg/kg,and the exceeding rate was 37.50%;the average content of vomitoxin was 660.34μg/kg,and the exceeding rate was 2.50%.The pollution of aflatoxin B_(1) in Xinyang was the most serious,the contamination of DON in Nanyang was the most serious,and the contamination of zearalenone in Zhumadian was the most serious.Thus mycotoxin pollution of roughage and feed materials in beef cattle farms in southern Henan is not optimistic,it is necessary to do a good job in multiple links to prevent mycotoxin pollution and mold removal during production.
