子宫内膜息肉治疗及预防复发的研究进展

子宫内膜息肉(EP)是临床常见妇科疾病,其发病机制尚无定论。多数患者无临床症状,仅在体检时发现;少数患者可伴有月经量异常、阴道流血、不孕等情况。EP的治疗以药物或手术治疗为主,手术治疗为首选。但药物及手术治疗后,复发率仍然较高。因此常建议术后联合药物辅助治疗,以降低复发率、改善患者生活质量。本文针对EP治疗及预防复发的相关研究进行综述。

Endometrial polyp(EP)is a common gynecological disease in clinic,and its pathogenesis is still unclear.Most patients have no clinical symptoms,only found during physical examination.A few patients may be accompanied by abnormal menstrual volume,vaginal bleeding,infertility and other conditions.EP is mainly treated with drugs or surgery,and surgery is the preferred treatment.However,the recurrence rate is still high after drug and surgical treatment.Therefore,postoperative drug assisted therapy is often recommended to reduce the recurrence rate and improve the quality of life of patients.This article reviews the relevant studies on EP treatment and prevention of recurrence.
