板门穴治疗小儿消化系统疾病验案举隅

Case experience of children’s digestive system diseases treated with Banmen point

板门穴是小儿推拿临床常用的穴位,位于手掌大鱼际处,多用于治疗消化系统疾病。大鱼际通过肺经与中焦脾胃相连,又是手诊的脾胃区,大鱼际处的络脉颜色、皮肤色泽、肌肉质地均可反映患儿脾胃的生理病理情况。临床使用该穴时发现,胃肠积滞的患儿可在板门穴触及簇状皮下结节。在按揉时寻找结节,手法深透至结节,可达到较好的治疗效果,且随着疾病的好转,结节也逐渐消失。

Banmen point is a commonly used acupoint of pediatric massage,located in the palm of the thenar,mostly used for the treatment of digestive system diseases.The thenar is connected with the spleen and stomach through the lung meridian,and is also the spleen and stomach area of hand diagnosis.The color of the collaterals,skin color and muscle texture at the thenar can reflect the physiological and pathological conditions of the spleen and stomach in children.Clinical use of this point has revealed that cluster of subcutaneous nodules can be touched in children with gastrointestinal stagnation.By finding nodules in the massage and manipulating deeply into the nodules,a better therapeutic effect can be achieved and the nodules gradually di sappear as the disease gets better.
