经乳晕切口手术治疗乳腺纤维瘤的临床效果

Clinical effect of transareolar incision surgery in the treatment of mammary fibroma

目的探究经乳晕切口手术治疗乳腺纤维瘤的临床效果。方法选择山东省梁山县人民医院普外一科2021年7月至2022年12月收治的80例乳腺纤维瘤患者,采用信封法分为两组,每组各40例。对照组应用传统放射状切口手术治疗,实验组应用经乳晕切口手术治疗。对比两组患者手术指标、治疗总有效率、术后并发症总发生率、美观度。结果实验组治疗美观度、治疗总有效率、术后并发症总发生率、手术指标均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论乳腺纤维瘤患者实施经乳晕切口手术治疗,临床疗效显著,可有效缩短恢复周期,减少并发症发生,提升美观度,有推广应用价值。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of transareolar incision surgery in the treatment of mammary fibroma.Methods A total of 80 patients with mammary fibroma were selected admitted to the Department of General Surgery,Liangshan County People’s Hospital of Shandong Province from July 2021 to December 2022 and divided into two groups using the envelope method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received traditional radial incision surgery,and the experimental group received transareolar incision surgery.The surgical indicators,total treatment efficiency,total incidence of postoperative complications,and aesthetics of the two groups were compared.Results The experimental group was superior to the control group in terms of aesthetics,total effective rate of treatment,total incidence of postoperative complications and surgical indicators,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of mammary fibroma,transareolar incision surg ery has significant clinical effect,can effectively shorten the recovery period,reduce complications,and improve aestheti cs,and is of great value for promotion.
