布地奈德联合特布他林雾化吸入辅助治疗小儿支气管哮喘的临床效果

Clinical effect of Budesonide combined with Terbutaline atomization inhalation in the adjuvant treatment of bronchial asthma in children

目的探讨布地奈德联合特布他林雾化吸入辅助治疗小儿支气管哮喘的临床效果。方法选取2020年6月至2022年6月山东省临邑县人民医院收治的68例支气管哮喘患儿,根据不同治疗方法分为对照组(n=34)与实验组(n=34)。对照组采用常规药物治疗,实验组在对照组基础上采用布地奈德联合特布他林雾化吸入辅助治疗。比较两组临床疗效及肺功能指标。结果实验组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,实验组用力肺活量、呼气流量峰值及第1秒用力呼气容积均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论小儿支气管哮喘采用布地奈德联合特布他林雾化吸入辅助治疗具有显著临床效果,有利于肺功能的改善,建议临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Budesonide combined with Terbutaline atomization inhalation in the adjuvant treatment of bronchial asthma in children.Methods A total of 68 children with bronchial asthma admitted to Linyi County People’s Hospital of Shandong Province from June 2020 to June 2022 were selected and divided into the control group(n=34)and the experimental group(n=34)according to the different treatment methods.The control group was treated with conventional drugs,and the experimental group was treated with Budesonide combined with Terbutaline atomization inhalation on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy and lung function indexes were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,forced vital capacity,peak expiratory flow and forced expiratory volume in one second of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Budesonide combined with Terbutaline atomization inhalation in the adjuvant treatment of bronchial asthma in children has significant clinical effect,which is beneficial to the improvement of lung function,and it is recommended to be p opularized in clinic.
