抚触联合口腔运动干预对喂养不耐受早产儿喂养结局及家属满意度的影响

摘要 目的探讨抚触联合口腔运动干预对喂养不耐受(FI)早产儿喂养结局及家属满意度的影响。方法选取2020年12月至2021年11月南通大学附属医院新生儿重症监护室收治的100例FI早产儿,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,每组各50例。对照组予以口腔运动干预,观察组予以抚触联合口腔运动干预。比较两组喂养结局、FI改善情况及家属满意度。结果观察组开始经口喂养时间、完全经口喂养时间、恢复出生体重时间均短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组FI改善率高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组总满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论抚触联合口腔运动干预有利于改善FI早产儿的喂养结局,提高家属满意度。 Objective To investigate the effects of touch com bined with oral exercis e intervention on feeding outcom e and family satisfaction of premature infants with feeding intolerance(FI).Methods A total of 100 premature infants with FI admitted to the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit of Affiliated Hospital of Nantong University from December 2020 to November 2021 were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was given oral exercise intervention,and the observation group was given touch combined with oral exercise intervention.The feeding outcome,FI improvement and family satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The time to start oral feeding,complete oral feeding and recovery of birth weight in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The improvement rate of FI in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Touch combined with oral exercise intervention is beneficial to improve the feeding outcome of FI premature infants and improve family satisfaction.
