层次化健康指导联合正念减压对子宫内膜癌患者正念水平、依从性及生存质量的影响

Effect of hierarchical health guidance combined with mindfulness decompression on mindfulness level,compliance and quality of life in patients with endometrial carcinoma

目的探讨层次化健康指导联合正念减压对子宫内膜癌(EC)患者正念水平、依从性及生存质量的影响。方法选取2019年6月至2022年10月滨州市中医医院接收的60例EC患者,以随机数字表法分为干预组(n=30)和对照组(n=30)。对照组给予常规护理干预,干预组给予层次化健康指导联合正念减压干预,比较两组正念水平、生存质量、依从性。结果两组患者干预后的正念注意觉知量表(MAAS)、生活质量综合评定问卷-74(GQOL-74)评分高于干预前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组患者干预后的MAAS、GQOL-74评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预组患者的总依从性(93.33%)高于对照组(70.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论EC患者给予层次化健康指导联合正念减压干预能够提升正念水平、生存质量及依从性。

Objective To explore the effect of hierarchical health guidance combined with mindfulness decompression on mindfulness level,compliance and quality of life in patients with endometrial carcinoma(EC).Methods A total of 60 EC patients who were treated in Binzhou Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from June 2019 to October 2022 were selected and divided into the intervention group(n=30)and the control group(n=30)by random number table method.The control group was given routine nursing intervention,and the intervention group was given hierarchical health guidance combined with mindfulness decompression intervention.The mindfulness level,quality of life and compliance of the two groups were compared.Results After intervention,the scores of mindfulness attention awareness scale(MAAS)and generic quality of life inventory-74(GQOL-74)in both groups were higher than those before intervention,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After intervention,the MAAS and GQOL-74 scores of patients in the intervention group were higher than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total compliance of patients in the intervention group(93.33%)was higher than that in the control group(70.00%),with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Hierarchical health guidance combined with mindfulness decompression intervention for EC patients can improve mindfuln ess level,quality of life and compliance.
