参加预防接种课堂的家长预防接种知识调查分析

Investigation and analysis of vaccination knowledge among parents attending vaccination class

目的分析参加预防接种课堂的家长预防接种知识情况。方法选取2019年7月至2022年12月于北京市大兴区旧宫医院预防保健科参加过预防接种课堂的108名家长,分析家长对疫苗接种基础知识的认知情况、家长对疫苗不良反应的处置认知情况及家长对于疫苗接种的倾向等。结果家长关于疫苗接种基础知识的回答正确率均较高,但对于疫苗接种不良反应发生时间的回答正确率较低。家长正确选择疫苗接种不良反应处置方式的占比较高。78.70%的家长认为成年人需要接种疫苗,75.00%的家长认为照顾儿童的家长需要注射疫苗,20.37%的家长不愿意接种疫苗。结论预防接种课堂的应用对于家长对疫苗接种基础知识的认知程度、对疫苗不良反应的处置认知情况、对于疫苗接种的倾向具有积极意义。

Objective To analyze the vaccination knowledge of parents participating in the vaccination class.Methods A total of 108 parents who attended vaccination classes in the Department of Prevention and Health Care of Jiugong Hospital in Daxing District of Beijing City from July 2019 to December 2022 were selected to analyze parents’cognition of basic knowledge of vaccination,cognition of deal ing with adverse reactions to vaccine and tendency to vaccination.Results The accuracy of parents’answers about the basic knowledge of vaccination was higher,but the accuracy of parents’answers about the occurrence time of adverse reactions was lower.The proportion of parents who correctly chose the disposal method of adverse reaction of vaccine was relatively high.78.70%of parents thought that adults need to be vaccinated,75.00%of parents thought that parents taking care of children need to be vaccinated,and 20.37%of parents were unwilling to be vaccinated.Conclusion The application of vaccination class has positive significance for parents’cognition degree of basic knowledge of vaccination,cognition status of dealing with adverse reactions of vaccine,and tendency to vaccination.
