失能老年人养老研究的文献计量学分析

Bibliometric analysis of the research on provide for the disabled elderly

目的:使用文献计量学的方法探究失能老年人养老的研究现状、热点与发展趋势。方法:计算机检索中国知网和Web of Science数据库中关于失能老年人养老研究的相关文献,检索时限为建库至2022年3月31日,使用CiteSpace 5.8.R3软件对检索结果进行可视化分析。结果:共检索到失能老年人养老研究相关文献419篇,其中,中文文献312篇,英文文献107篇,2000年—2022年,失能老年人养老的中英文文献数量总体均呈上升趋势。中文作者和机构的合作关系相对松散;英文作者和机构的合作关系相对紧密。中文文献的研究主题为失能老年人照护者、失能老年人照护方式和失能老年人的资源禀赋相关研究;英文文献的研究主题为失能老年人照护者、失能老年人适老化技术和失能老年人外部支持相关研究。结论:失能老年人养老研究具有一定的发展前景,我国研究者应借鉴国外研究经验向发展科技适老化、强化照护者赋能与完善安宁疗护服务等方向发展,提高失能老年人生命质量,以更好地契合健康老龄化理念。

Objective:To explore the status quo,hot spots and development trend of provide for the disabled elderly by bibliometric methods.Methods:Literature related to provide for the disabled elderly was retrieved from Web of Science and CNKI.The retrieval period was from the establishment of databases to 31 March,2022.CiteSpace 5.8.R3 software was used to analyze search results.Results:A total of 419 literatures related to provide for the disabled elderly were included,including 312 Chinese literatures and 107 English literatures.The study found that the number of Chinese and English literatures of provide for the disabled elderly was on the rise.The cooperative relationship between Chinese authors and institutions was relatively loose;The cooperation between English authors and institutions was relatively close.The research topics of the Chinese literatures were the caregivers of the disabled elderly,the care methods of the disabled elderly and the related research on the resource endowment of the disabled elderly;The research topics of the English literature were caregivers for the disabled elderly,adaptive aging technology for the disabled elderly and related research on external support for the disabled elderly.Conclusion:The research on provide for the disabled elderly has certain development prospects.Chinese researchers should learn from foreign research experience to develop science and technology to adapt to aging,strengthen the empowerment of caregivers,and improve the quality of life of the disabled elderly,so as to better fit the concept of healthy aging.
