创伤弧菌VV106的分离鉴定及其生物学特性分析 被引量:1

摘要 为研究斜带石斑鱼致病菌VV106的生物学特性,对其进行菌株鉴定、理化因素对生长的影响和药敏性分析.结果表明:VV106为创伤弧菌,具有典型的海洋细菌特征,最适生长温度为30℃、氯化钠浓度为3%、pH值为8.创伤弧菌VV106对硫酸新霉素、氨苄青霉素、磺胺嘧啶、磺胺间甲氧嘧啶和多西环素耐药,对甲砜霉素、氟苯尼考、硫酸卡那霉素、恩诺沙星、盐酸土霉素、磺胺二甲氧嘧啶和交沙霉素敏感.在1/2 MIC氟苯尼考、恩诺沙星和交沙霉素条件下分别诱导获得了Flo20、Enr20和Jos20,它们不仅具有稳定可遗传的耐药性,而且交叉耐药比率分别为75%、50%和62.5%.本研究可为防治创伤弧菌引起的疾病、指导精准用药、提高水产养殖经济效益奠定基础. In order to study the biological characteristics of the pathogenic bacteria VV106 from Epinephelus coioides,identification of strain,the influence of physical and chemical factors on the growth and analysis of drug susceptibility were carried out.The results showed that VV106 was identified as Vibrio vulnificus and had typical characteristics of marine bacteria.The optimum growth temperature was 30℃,the optimum growth sodium chloride concentration was 3%,and the optimum growth pH was 8.Vibro vulnificus VV106 was resistant to neomycin sulfate,ampicillin,sulfadiazine,sulfamonomethoxine and doxycycline,but sensitive to thiamphenicol,florfenicol,kanamycin sulfate,enrofloxacin,oxytetracycline hydrochloride,sulfadimethoxine and josamycin.Flo20,Enr20 and Jos20 were induced under the conditions of 1/2 MIC of florfenicol,enrofloxacin and josamycin,respectively.They not only had stable and heritable drug resistance,but also had cross-resistance rates of 75%,50%and 62.5%,respectively.This study can lay a foundation for preventing and treating diseases caused by Vibrio vulnificus,guiding precise medication,and improving the economic benefits of aquaculture.
