摘要
“中高本”人才培养已成为构建高质量现代职业教育体系、推进职业教育高质量发展的重要课题。然而在中高本一体化人才培养的实践探索中存在职业教育类型特征不明显、上位学校发展动力不足、教学内容衔接不深入、缺乏统筹规划等问题。探索“中高本”人才贯通培养机制和框架,并在此基础上提出若干思考与政策建议。
The integrated talents cultivation of secondary vocational schools,higher vocational schools and universities has become an important topic in building a high-quality modern vocational education system and promoting the high-quality development of vocational education.But there are some problems such as unclear characteristics of vocational education types,insufficient development motivation of upper level schools,inadequate cohesion of teaching content,and lack of overall planning in the exploratory practice.This article attempts to explore the mechanism and framework for the comprehensive cultivation of vocational education,and put forward some thoughts and policy suggestions on this basis.
