社会转型和多元文化对当代青年价值观产生着深刻影响,青年的奋斗精神在一定程度上呈现弱化倾向,主要表现在部分青年奋斗价值被曲解,奋斗动力被削减,奋斗信念被动摇。梳理青年奋斗精神的时代内涵与价值意蕴,分析青年奋斗精神的弱化的主要成因,针对性提出培养新时代青年奋斗精神的主要方略,通过加强青年奋斗幸福观教育、强化文化管控与文化引导、树立奋斗成功的青年典范、为青年提供奋斗的实践平台等措施,实现青年奋斗精神的。

Social transformation and multiculturalism have a profound impact on the values of contemporary youth.The struggle spirit of youth has a weakening tendency to a certain extent,which is mainly reflected in the misinterpretation of the struggle value of some young people,the reduction of the struggle motivation,and the shaking of the struggle belief.On the basis of sorting out the era connotation and value implication of the youth struggle spirit,this paper analyzes the main causes of the weakening of the youth struggle spirit,and puts forward the main strategies for cultivating the youth struggle spirit in the new era.It cultivates the youth struggle spirit by strengthening the education of the youth struggle and happiness concept,strengthening cultural control and cultural guidance,establishing a successful youth model,and providing a practical platform for youth struggle.
