关于传统教育与现代职业教育文化冲突与融合的实践研究

A Practical Study on Cultural Conflict and Integration between Traditional Education and Modern Vocational Education

现代职业教育与传统教育之间既存在教育理念上的传承,也存在教育价值上的创新,在文化意识上表现出辩证统一的特点,其本质是时代发展对教育功能提出的适应性要求。现代职业教育是传统教育发展到一定历史阶段的产物。在传统教育价值观和现代职业教育不断的冲突与融合中,我国现代职业教育形成了自己的特色。在阐明传统教育与现代职业教育内涵、特征和联系的基础上,分析两者在文化层面冲突的表象,重点阐述传统教育中的优秀传统文化教育对职业院校发展的必要性,进而展望传统教育与现代职业教育在文化层面深度融合后未来教育的发展。

Between modern vocational education and traditional education,there is not only the inheritance of educational ideas,but also the innovation of educational value.It shows the characteristics of dialectical unity in cultural consciousness.Its essence is the adaptability requirement of the development of the times to the educational function.Modern vocational education is the product of the development of traditional education to a certain historical stage.In the conflict and integration of traditional educational values and modern vocational education,our modern vocational education has formed its own characteristics.On the basis of clarifying the connotation,characteristics and relations between traditional education and modern vocational education,this paper analyzes the appearance of the conflict between them at the cultural level,focuses on the necessity of excellent traditional cultural education in traditional education for the development of vocational colleges,and then looks forward to the future development of education after the deep integration of traditional education and modern vocational education at the cultural level.
