Analysis on the Integration of CPC History Routine Learning into the Work of College Counselors

在“百年未有之大变局”的时代背景下,高校把党史学习教育融入人才培养全过程是落实立德树人根本任务的必然要求。按照党史学习教育的目标要求,结合新时代高校辅导员的育人职责和工作实践,基于高校辅导员作为高校一线思想政治教育工作者的视角,分析了将党史学习教育常态化融入高校辅导员工作的价值意蕴和重点任务,旨在提高青年学生党史学习的自觉性、实效性、针对性和长效性,提高辅导员育人质效。

With the world undergoing profound changes unseen in a century,it is an inevitable requirement for universities to integrate the learning of CPC history into the whole process of talent cultivation,thus to fulfill the fundamental mission of cultivating morality and talents.The article,in accordance with the goals and requirements of CPC history learning,combined with the educational responsibilities and work practices of college counselors,and based on the perspective of college counselors,analyzes the value and key steps of integrating CPC history learning into the work of college counselors,aiming to improve the consciousness,effectiveness,pertinence,and long-term effectiveness of young students'CPC history learning,and the quality and efficiency of counselor instruction.
